Enabling Leaders

When agents do the admin, management becomes the job.

The operating model underneath a revenue team is changing faster than the tooling. If an agent updates the CRM, flags the risk, and drafts the follow-up — what does a manager actually spend their time on? That's the question this section answers.

What's missing

The content layer is solved. The operating layer is the open question.

Enablement has gotten very good at producing and delivering — onboarding paths, certification, battlecards, training. That work matters, and most teams do it well. What's missing is the layer above it: the operating model that defines how the work actually runs. Whether the process is written down. Whether managers reinforce it. Whether the system captures what happened and feeds it back into what a rep does on the next call. That layer is what AI needs in order to be useful — and it's the one almost nobody has been asked to build yet.

Where to go next

The operating model, and the people who run it.
